About the team
Our team members come from China and Bangladesh, and consist of members specializing in land planning and management, plant protection, etc. We have experience in researching the ecological restoration of the Yellow River Delta in China, and have a deep understanding of flora and fauna. We hope to utilize our expertise to help make the delta region like Bangladesh a happier place for people!
Our vision for nature-positive future for Bangladesh
In the future, Bangladesh envisions itself as a beautiful oasis, where humanity and nature coexist harmoniously. It will be a land more conducive to living, with an emphasis on sustainable development and ecological resilience. Urban planning will prioritize human well-being and ecological integrity, with the creation of abundant green spaces and ecological parks ensuring clean air and water for all residents. Intelligent transportation systems will alleviate congestion and pollution, making cities more livable. Furthermore, Bangladesh will achieve harmony between humans and animals. Strict environmental policies and wildlife conservation initiatives will restore and protect habitats for endangered species. Along the coastline of the Bay of Bengal, marine ecosystems will receive special attention, allowing marine mammals like dolphins and turtles to thrive alongside humanity. Lastly, Bangladesh will achieve harmony between the past and the future. Embracing a blend of tradition and innovation, it will preserve and celebrate its cultural heritage while embracing technological advancements. Through this fusion, people will experience the convenience of modern technology within the rich tapestry of traditional culture, fostering prosperity for both the past and the future. A century from now, Bangladesh will stand as a beacon of hope and pride, a homeland cherished by every Bangladeshi. It will serve as an exemplary model for global environmental sustainability, embodying the ideals of coexistence between humanity, nature, and time itself.
Our choices for a specific region
Chittagong, located in a coastal region, is uniquely influenced by the Bay of Bengal, boasting distinctive climatic, topographical, and ecological features. Delving into the natural environment of this area is pivotal for comprehending the ecosystem characteristics and challenges faced by coastal regions. As a bustling port city and industrial hub, Chittagong exhibits a development pattern and economic structure distinct from its inland counterparts. An in-depth exploration of its natural evolution aids in understanding the impacts of urbanization and industrialization on natural resources, while seeking a balance between economic growth and environmental conservation. Furthermore, the abundant marine resources of the Bay of Bengal play a critical role in Chittagong's development, encompassing sectors such as fisheries and maritime transportation.
